There are two main policies that I deal with the most is the HO3, which is the best policy what is called a all perils or basically everything is covered except what’s excluded type policy. Then HO2 policy, which is a policy that is named perils. It has to a name peril, that means a loss for like lightning, hail, wind before that coverage will come into effect.
